Nam Prik Pao (Vegan Mild )

Just like our OG Nam Prik Pao, our vegan version is deliciously Spicy Tangy Umami Smoky. Our vegan version of our Nam Prik Pao. This Thai style chili jam is traditionally made with fish sauce and shrimp paste but we wanted to make something our shellfish free friends and vegans could enjoy too. This is meant to be used interchangably but some people like this because the flavors sing a little brighter as opposed to the smokier OG formula. Both are great. It's awesome to stock both. Our favorites dishes include spicing up humus for an unforgettable appetizer, a delicious red sauce topped with a bit of a kick, as our favorite for everything - pizza!
